An album about transitions. Both musically and in life. Through living internationally, and moving coast to coast in the US. Creating Forever Love, and building new songs from that. Exploring new ideas and taking risks. Relationships fading, but new ones developing. Transitions brought change which brought fear. But that brought growth, perspective, and reflection.

"Everyone needs it" was a phrase I said to myself for a long time to help through transitions in life. I thought transitions in life were a universal thing to experience, but often I questioned if I was alone or of a small batch that really needed to process those changes. As I grow older, however, I try not to think selfishly, and just hope to make someone smile when they need it.
